Jenkins waiting to report status

Hi @crd477. Whenever you get a free moment, could you please check out why Jenkins looks stuck for us. Seeing this error: Expected — Waiting for status to be reported on PR #1473

OK, I think it's fixed now. Let me know if you find otherwise. I think this may have been fallout from a minor catastrophe that befell the Jenkins server due to a plugin security update.

@crd477 Great! It works on PR #1473. PR #1473 still needs to be reviewed and cannot be merged now. However, now other PRs like #1475 need Jenkins too. Could you please open a separate PR for this issue? Thanks you!

I restarted the build for #1475 and it passed. I'm not inclined to go through and create a separate issue for every PR that wound up in this state, if that's what you meant. @apavlo or @pervazea, let me know if you disagree. Actually, there aren't any others in that state as far as I can tell.
