Add "company" history

Companies buy and sell other DB companies. We should have a separate "Company" object (name, website, location, start year, end year, previous names) and then have a history of when a company created/owned a particular DBMS. We can also keep track of when one company buys another company (e.g., SAP bought Sybase).

Need to be able to also handle mergers and spinoffs. For example, EMC bought Greenplum but then spun out Pivotal with VMWare.
