Clear up the `Drop` documentation in BPM

@brief Manually drops a valid `ReadPageGuard`’s data

This was a source of confusion, mainly that this could imply we need to drop the entire page, writing out to disk. This should probably be reworded to say ReadPageGuard's metadata instead.
