LV-624 Weedable

About the pull request

Creates a weedable variant of grass2 turf in code.

Turns 95% of grass tiles (aka all general grass tiles) on LV-642 normal map and nightmare inserts into weedable variants. I skipped edge tiles like those on beaches since they do not look bad plus I CBA to go through all inserts and main map and make weedable variants for them when they do not significantly impact gameplay or visuals.

Explain why it's good for the game

One of the major things holding back the map from being good is the fact that the arena is heavily skewed. The colony is marine sided due to its heavy focus on unweedable grass that makes setting up defenses and backlining very difficult, and makes advance / retreats with a main xeno force nearly impossible if marines know what they are doing.

However, fighting in the Caves is very heavily xeno focused, which creates a death ground situation. Neither side wants to push in fear of getting wiped so the beach is held till marines can no longer hold it then they retreat to colony where xenos start to rapidly fall due to the lack of weeds and cover through xeno structures. This solves the attrition issue of colony, allowing xenos a fairer fight if they properly utilize their drones / hivelord / queen building and weeding capabilities.

This is a MAJOR gameplay overhaul of the current LV-624 map so it will need to be TM'd regardless, since it removes marines overwhelming advantage in colony and might lead to unintended early wipes much like when Hydro used to be able to be hive cored.
