Explain why it's good for the game
currently, some reinforced walls are subtypes of /turf/closed/wall/r_wall which means they inherit all expected behaviors such as higher HP and needing higher castes of xenomorph to slash/melt. However, other "reinforced" walls are not, such as many of the colony specific wall variations. This creates inconsistency for players and mappers who expect these walls to be true reinforced walls when they are for all intents and purposes renamed normal walls that can be melted by spitters and slashed by lurkers. Now mappers and players can be certain that reinforced walls all behave like r_walls instead of only some of them.
as an example of the behavior this PR seeks to fix:
The prison walls on top behave as expected, as the reinforced wall is an r_wall subtype, however, the solaris walls on the bottom do not, as the reinforced solaris wall is not a r_wall subtype, and as such behaves as a normal wall with extra HP.
