About the pull request

It adds sprites for UNISC which includes an armband, armor, helmets, a beret and hud icons. It WILL add a TBD % chance for a UNISC nightmare insert survivor to spawn https://avp.fandom.com/wiki/United_Nations_Interstellar_Settlement_Corps

Explain why it's good for the game

if people use it to be lrp with it I will remove it TBD
