About the pull request

Adds remote spy cameras and their consoles. Changes backend of how xeno overwatch is handled, moving it so I can draw on the code for these spy cameras in the future.

idk how portable it is but I think TG has spy cameras you can just slap on any object (or person I think)

I've added a warning message when trying to move to a tile that you can't spy on for whatever reason.
