Foxtrot SL cryoing opens a 5th SL slot of a different (random?) squad

Description of the bug

When a Foxtrot SL goes to cryo, it opens a 5th SL slot. I joined as the Bravo SL, when the Bravo SL was already permadead. this could cause some issues, especially if the other SL is still alive... ha. I say it's random because I have my preference set to Alpha, and got set as Bravo.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Cryo slot should be of Foxtrot ideally.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Purchase Foxtrot
2. Have the SL cryo
3. Latejoin as Squad Leader, be assigned to a (random?) squad
