Description of the bug

CL survivors on Sorokyne always spawn as Junior Executives, regardless of their relevant playtime. This is different than every other map, where you spawn as a certain rank based on your CL playtime (i.e. Jr Exec, Exec, Sr Exec, Exec Spec)

What's the difference with what should have happened?

CL survivors should spawn with their appropriate rank based on CL playtime.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Roll W-Y Survivor on Sorokyne Strata with relevant CL playtime.
2. ???
