trying to click on your SL tracker to see fireteams when you have something in your hand doesnt work

Description of the bug
clicking the SL tracker when you have something in your hand doesn't open the TGUI window popup to check your fireteams
What's the difference with what should have happened?
ideally not that. not sure how difficult it would be to change though since i know HUDs are also their own sprite overlay objs so it's trying to click the item onto the SL tracker icon overlay "object"
How do we reproduce this bug?
1.) have something in your hand 2.) click your SL tracker to see your fireteam 3.) can't open the window
