Description of the bug

Demoting/Assigning someone else as aSL then promoting SL makes them unable to use FTs at all/Assign FT

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Them being able to set FTLs from their screen

How do we reproduce this bug?

  1. Promote someone else to SL while SL is active
  2. Give SL back SL status
  3. Suffer in pug ...

I couldn't reproduce this after several tries.

After two years and failure to reproduce this supposed bug, I will be closing this report, as it appears to not be an issue anymore.
