[CMSconnect, Gridpack generation] cannot find "NNPDF23_lo_as_0130_qed_mem0.grid " on batch

Dear experts,

When I run gridpack generation of dy->ee+012j, it cannot find the "NNPDF23_lo_as_0130_qed_mem0.grid"

The logfile :

I searched for the file in work directory, So, I searched for the file in the 'work' directory, the file exists!:

I can run this job on lxplus but not in CMS connect.

And Kenyi checked whether the file is transfered by condor

And the file was never transferred.

So, it seems like that the file is not transferred to sandbox so I guess any job using "NNPDF23_lo_as_0130_qed" cannot run on condor batch.

Could you check this? I checked it a couple of time but it does not work on my side.
