[DO NOT MERGE] Update ECAL DQM GPU client input tag names for the Alpaka Module [14_0_X]

PR description:

This PR changes the input tag names for the ECAL DQM GPU client so that it can be compatible with the Alpaka HLT menu . See JIRA ticket CMSHLT-3139 for more information.

• hltEcalDigisFromGPU -> hltEcalDigis
• hltEcalDigisLegacy -> hltEcalDigisCPUSerial
• hltEcalUncalibRecHitLegacy -> hltEcalUncalibRecHitCPUSerial
• hltEcalUncalibRecHitFromSoA -> hltEcalUncalibRecHit

This PR should not be merged, but should be applied as a patch to the cmssw currently used in production for online DQM, since another update of the input tag names is scheduled to happen in late April.

PR validation:

This PR should be validated on the playback with a run which used the alpaka HLT menu.
