Improve tps loader

Updated the task importer from tps packages:

  • Add protocol_version with (currently) versions 1 and 2.
  • Allow setting the score_mode from the package with a good default value.
  • Add more flexibility for setting task type parameters in protocol version 2.

The changes are made in multiple separate (micro-)commits with descriptive messages.
