Report graphics should work with <= 512 genomes

512? Easy fix. Make a test that checks that all figures look alright with 1, 2, 20, 50, 100, 500 ...

Actually, many of the tables make perfectly good sense when having +1000 genomes. Maybe just check that all figures work up until 512 genomes, and then throw a warning, disclaiming the sanity of the graphics above that number.
