"html-behavior.js" not found

Hi Michael, I tried to run the skeleton. It looks like it tries to load http://js.arcgis.com/3.12/aurelia-templating/html-behavior.js which it cannot find. In firefox it causes that it does not go beyond the spinning points.

I am a newbe, and don't know where it tries to load the html-behavior.js
