patch fails for latest driver

Have you updated the driver recently?

I'm running debian and trying to get the wireless stable.

I haven't since I checked this in - sorry. I switched to the TP-LINK TL-WN722N after having some signal issues with the 8192-based adapter, so I haven't had the need to update.
