Ability to relaunch a dead REPL

After killing a REPL with the 'Stop REPL' button, one should be able to reuse it without having to close it and start a new one.

Ok, I figured this wouldn't be a problem since it's so easy to start a new one. I'll look into allowing this.

The latest version 0.0.3 of the plugin contains the green start button but it is disabled when the REPL is stopped.

Right, the green button is actually the "execute immediately" action, not the "start the REPL" button.
