EDDI multiple voices.

Occasionally EDDI uses a different TTS voice then set in EDDI settings.

I haven't experienced this. Do you have any extra voice packages installed on your system or are these system voices?

Are you certain that these voices are from EDDI? Do you use any other 3rd party apps, VoiceAttack, or HCS voicepacks?
