Multiple Account Support?

I absolutely LOVE EDDI, but I have two ED accounts. Would it be possible to get a companion app login and an edsm api key setting for each commander?

Right now I'm juggling with the files, using a batch script which is bound to my to elite launchers. But that takes a lot of work and breaks easily. Having a way to switch between companion logins automatically by detecting the loadgame events would be stellar!

This would require some major reworking of internal EDDI structures, but I'll keep it in mind.
