- Locate bash by typing
where bash.exein a new Cmder window. Then open it without Cmder, for example fromcmd.exe. Then typeani-cli, and see if the problem still persists. Does the issue still happen? - How did you install

ani-cli? Can you please share the steps that you followed?
Download ani-cli (right click, Save Link As... to download the file) and Download Dependencies and put it in cmder git\bin
