Investigate caching in `rest-client`. Possibly switch to faraday or some other library to make the requests.

Computed values and dates not filtered correctly

In the demo, `height` and `birthday` do not filter correctly. They filter based on the actual value instead of the displayed value.

Can [this code](https://github.com/andyperlitch/ng2-super-table/blob/8d4e2746de896359d1b3862a1c50a54f943b23b9/src/enumFilter.component.ts#L71) be replaced with normal CSS styles?
