Most browsers (tested on Firefox 60.2.0esr, Chrome 70.0.3538.77) do not automatically include date in the HTTP header (and forbid date to be changed/added programmatically). Therefore, Hmmac in its current form...

Case sensitivity of authorization header

Our request is failing the validate step because our authorization header is in title case. It looks like [the validate function](https://github.com/cmawhorter/hmmac/blob/master/lib/hmmac.js#L78) is looking for that header in all lower case...
