Presets for 1st Generation AppleTV do not keep frame rate within required parameters for 1024x720 preset

When encoding video for the 1st generation AppleTV on version 0.12 of VideoMonkey?, the program will allow a 1280x720 video to be encoded with 29.9 (30)fps which is beyond the capabilities of the 1st generation AppleTV. The AppleTV only supports up to 24fps at this resolution.
