Stutter some converted MKV

Morning,

I've upgraded to the latest and greatest 0.10 VideoMonkey and I'm using the AppleTV 2nd Gen setting on max 5.1 - Normal encode - to encode my MKVs.

I notice when I play them back on my mac, there is a tiny stutter every so often (only noticeable on camera pan, or slow zooms, or slow movements), but when played to my PAL TV via 2nd Gen AppleTV, it's more noticeable.

It's not as bad as it used to be on the previous VideoMonkey (.08).

It looks like maybe a double (repeat) frame, or drop frame?
