Timecode selection for file conversion

Can Video Monkey offer timecode selections on input video? This feature is offered in Handbrake 0.9.5 x86_64. I have many videos to convert, and almost all of the source files have segments that can be ignored or split into another decode job.

No, it doesn't have any feature like this.
