Trouble after installing update

I am trying to convert an .avi file to an ipod mp4. Using settings Ipod, encode and write media, normal, TV screen, go nuts, uncheck H.264, when done do nothing, save to same destination, ad to Itunes, then delete from destination. When I hit start in less than a second it says all files finished encoding without errors but in the destination folder it has an mp4 file of 4kb's. Before update this setting worked every time. Probable 40 or so times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your hard work. This program is awesome. Email is: [email protected]

I've tried the same settings and got a correct encoding. Of course I tried a sample AVI file which is different from yours. Please try again and then cut and paste the console output to this bug.

Also, let me know what OS you are using. This could be the same as others are seeing, which is a problem with 32 bit vs 64 bit on Leopard.
