Error on metadata servers unavailable

Error message when metadata servers are unavailable (i.e. computer is off network): Error parsing commands.xml zero byte resource

Occurs once per movie dropped on VideoMonkey. Friendlier error message for this issue, and only one error message per batch of files added.
