Elgato Turbo.264 support

I would really love to see Elgato Turbo.264 supported. (From what I know, you would need to support Quicktime Encoding as one option)

I know that it does not work with the x264 encoder and that you cannot make many customization settings with the Turbo.264, but I would really love to see it as an additional output mode to choose.
