  1. Support full Automator integration

  2. Support a "transcode every file that is put in folder A" with output settings depending on the file that is input..

example: if the file is below 800x600 encode it using Elgatos Turbo.264 to AppleTV format and send to iTunes, if it is bigger than 800x600, encode it for AppleTV and additionally for iPod and do blabla...

I would absolutely love this feature to be added. It would finish out the full automation of my system. Any chance this could get into the priority queue?

+1 for this. Automator support would make life much easier, and watched folders would make life much MUCH easier.
