Remember previous encoding speed setting when launching app

I typically use "Best (2 pass)" and have to remember to select this when reloading the app, or if it crashes. Occasionally I forget, the video quality isn't as good, but I may not have noticed until I've deleted the original files. Would be good for Video Monkey to remember the previous setting.
