Exception on MacOS with 3.8.0 release

When installing on MacOS, it throws the following exception: <class 'Exception'>: Neither curl_cffi nor requests found.

I tried installing both libraries from my LibreOffice Python path but that did not resolve the issue. Can the libraries be included with the .oxt?
