Fix bug made by PR https://github.com/cmake-basis/BASIS/pull/640

This should be merged, otherwise it is impossible to follow the Quick Start guide and newcomers would drop BASIS

Thanks for the contributions, @cathaysia, and sorry for my lack of attention to this project. I assume this PR was closed because Loader.load_module() has been deprecated in Python 3.4 in favor of Loader.exec_module()?

No, because I don’t have the time to focus on them. So I close some issues that lack feedback and have no time to move forward. :(
