Thanks for sharing this nice tool, I got the graph from nQuire histo command but it only shows frequency 20 - 80. Is there any way that can know the whole frequency 1-99 from this command?

Bump! I am also interested to look at a broader range of allele depth ratios from the nQuire output as I work with an octoploid genome.
