Custom password and username + phpvirtualbox update

Hi,

I added custom username and password support and updated the phpvirtualbox version, since 4.3-1 does not available on sourceforge.

This would be awesome! Not a specialist in php but it looks like the code would not change the behavior if no ENVs are passed?
