ToDo: implement separate pop-up dialog for certain settings

For example the settings for SaneAR and Sync Renderer could be moved to a pop-up settings dialog that gets opened when clicking on the Settings button on the Output settings page. Then their current settings pages in the options tree could be removed for a cleaner list.

The VMR/EVR settings that are currently on the Output page could also be moved to pop-up dialog.
