MPCImageSource and Enhanced Video Renderer (custom presenter) doesn't render first few seconds

MPCImageSource is working great (thanks!), but there's an odd issue when using the "custom presenter" variant of Enhanced Video Renderer output. The first few seconds of an image are rendered as black. If I pause the video, the frame is rendered correctly, and it usually pops up before the end.

If I use Enhanced Video Renderer (without the custom presenter), then everything renders as I expect. To reproduce:

1. Add the attached A B C D files to a playlist by dragging (just simple jpeg files to make it easy to distinguish what's being shown)
2. Ensure output is set to EVR (custom presenter)
3. Start playback from A.jpg

Use MPC Video Renderer (mpcvr) instead: https://github.com/clsid2/mpc-hc/releases

Or Sync Renderer, which is a variant of EVR Custom.

MPC-HC is a video player, not an image viewer. Irfanview or similar tools are much better suited for image viewing and slideshows.
