Red lines across image and 9-17 fps. Tried with several versions of both Reshade and RenoDX.

No other graphical mods or settings used. Default NVCP settings. Updated GPU drivers with DDU. Other overlays disabled.

What are you graphics settings? There are some missing CAS shaders and I didn't try to cover all of them. Also disable depth addon. it just tanks Reshade in general in DX12.

Also, the log is showing some errors that would be fixed in ReShade nightly: https://nightly.link/crosire/reshade/workflows/build/main?preview if you want try that build.

I use a mix of everything between low and high, but I went through every graphical preset now just to be sure. Tried the nightly reshade build as well.

Dunno if this helps or just muddy the water, but at one point I did try to troubleshoot with the help of chatgpt5.

It insists there's a problem with upgrading the swapchain.

Specifically it wants me to remove a swapchain upgrade line of code containing R16G16B16A16F to resolve the problem. It refers to shader hashes

0xfbf10c4c 0x7051f23e 0x32580f53 0xa55179dd 0xd546e059 0xac5319c5 0x91461c11

to be problematic within the reshade log. I'm in way too deep water to determine if any of this is valid.

If you have any other suggestions I gladly try them out

ChatGPT isn't going to help. I need to know the exact graphic settings you're using so I can find the missing shader and patch it. For example, I think just CAS without DLSS is one of the shaders I didn't patch.

Yeah I figured. I'll check all of the specifics regarding graphics settings as soon as I get back from work in a couple of hours and report back

Every upscale technology produce red lines, native res remove them. Other than that, any combination of graphics settings have the game run at 9-17 fps, for me at least.

Low, medium, high, ultra, cas on/off, filmgrain on/off, VRS on/off, depth of field on/off, all layers use aniso. on/off, borderless on/off, Vsync on/off It's all the same.

My personal setting, at the time of reporting the issue

Shad. Q = high Ind. Light. = high Refl. = med Part. = med Volym. = med M blur = low GTAO = high Grass = med Contact Sh. = high Aniso. = X8 All layers. = off DLSS quality Frame gen = off Reflex = off Sharp. = 18% VRS = on Film grain = 0.40 Depth of field = on

If no one else reported this, I guess it could be my system.

RTX 3070 (580.88/577.00 with NV app), 5700x, 32gb fury, Asus a520m-plus wifi, Samsung 990 Evo plus 2tb. Win 11 default settings except ability to install unsigned drivers (APO drivers)

Also use MSI afterburner, all overlays set to off.

Let me know if you need anything else

Just wanted to let you know that the problems persist as described.

I'm now on a fresh install of win 11, nvidia drivers 581.29, all ingame settings as it was. Tried with snapshot build 19c4f0e (and all previous snapshot builds since op)

We all got our grievances, but man does it suck. I want to enjoy this game, but I refuse to play it as the devs left it, and since the Nexus mods based on Reno doesnt update anymore it's a no go lol
