Confusing experience when user has not yet edited their profile

Describe the bug When a user is new and has not yet edited their profile for a conference, they can still click navigation buttons in the UI but none of them will work. It always redirects to the profile edit page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new registrant and sign in as them
  2. Open the socialise/live now modal and attempt to enter a room
  3. You are taken straight back to the profile edit page

Expected behavior It should not be possible to click these buttons if they aren't going to work.
