Add confirmation dialog when trying to delete your own registration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I was trying to make myself show up as a program person and I accidentally clicked the X to remove my user (rather than the X that removed a group tag). This probably shouldn't be so easy to do.

Describe the solution you'd like I would have loved a "here be dragons" warning before removing myself.

Describe alternatives you've considered I could have been less of an idiot, but I don't like that solution :)

Hey Harry, So, couple things:

1. Your user still exists - phew! I've reinstated you to the Organisers group so you can access your conference again.
2. The system won't let you delete your own Registrant - we thought of that one at least :) (It'll let you try but the backend will reject the change)
3. The conference creator has "special privileges" so it's impossible to lose access to the conference completely
4. But...you're not the creator of that particular conference instance, so being able to remove yourself from the Organisers group perhaps shouldn't be possible (though, for clarity, there is nothing special about the name of the group - it's the permissions assigned to it that matter). Not sure how we'd implement this restriction but I'll give it some thought.
5. Not sure how this relates to Program People or what was going on - we can chat about that tomorrow. Sounds like there's a bit of UX gone wrong if that's what you were trying to edit :)
