UI nits

(Probably some or all of these should be broken out as separate issues for easier tracking...)

• [x] Show the long version of people's presence descriptors (with status text) in the breakout rooms, etc. (right now it is just their name and flairs)
• [x] The video chat rooms list in the lobby does not show which rooms are private!
• [x] Unify the wording of phrases like "video chat rooms," "video chat lobby," etc. throughout the UI. Maybe by naming all of them "video chats."
• [x] Clicking on the name of a chat in the sidebar currently just OPENS the chat. It should also MINIMIZE the chat if it happens to be open at the moment.
• [x] A breakout room should have some descriptive text saying what it is for this should be entered when you create the room, and it should display in a popup when you hover over the room name.
• [x] the Xs to close chats should be popovers (i.e., they appear if you hover over the name of the chat, but they are not there all the time)
• [ ] Room popovers should include a descriptive message telling people what the room is for and inviting them to join
• [ ] "Push to talk" mode for video rooms
• [x] clicking on the blue button for a chat at the bottom of the screen opens it; clicking again should close it
• [ ] It should be possible to scroll the videos to the very top of the screen.
• [ ] Label everybody's video feed with their timezone!
• [ ] People's names in the headers of video windows should behave the same as everywhere else in the UI (e.g., you should be able to click on them to get a chat window)
• [ ] Make avatars display a little larger in the popup?
