Option for direct messages while I'm offline to generate email to me

If I receive a direct message while I'm offline on Clowdr, I'd like an option for it to generate an email to me. Perhaps I could also enable this for certain subscribed channels. (I see no mention of such functionality in the UI, so I assume it's not already supported, but I have no way to test it.)

We are planning to implement this as part of the new UI some time pre-Feb 2021.
