Missing setup.py

Hi,

I wanted to install your repository as a package, but it is not possible since there is no setup file to do so: "ERROR: File "setup.py" or "setup.cfg" not found for legacy project git+https://github.com/clovaai/deep-text-recognition-benchmark.git."

Do you plan to add one?

Anyway, thanks for your amazing work!
