Add an option to choose if URL has to be added, or not, in tabs title

Currently, TitleURL updates both windows title and tabs title. While for me (and for keepass...), to have URL in window title is enough, no need to have it also in tab title. Actually, it makes less "readable" tab title.

Nevertheless, I guess that to have URL in tab title is maybe useful in different use cases.

So rather than to ask for removing tab title update, I suggest that an option is added to choose

• if window title has to be overwritten
• if tab title has to be overwritten
