Error when getting data

when running get_responses(surveyID) I get the following error on limesurvey Version 2.06lts Build 160801:

Error in make.names(col.names, unique = TRUE) : invalid multibyte string 1

Any ideas, how to solve the problem? (there is no error on my home computer with limesurvey Version 2.62.0+170124 )

I solved this by explicitly grating permissions to the limesurvey user I created specifically for rsponse getting. Survey properties - Permissions
