ios app客户端不兼容cap验证码类型

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. 开启cap验证码后，ios客户端添加站点时报错“invalid endpoint”

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. 在管理面板-验证码中开启Cap类型的验证码，并填写相关参数
  2. 保存设置后测试网页版一切正常，但在ios app中添加站点时报错“invalid endpoint”
  3. 将验证码类型改为其他选项后即可正常添加站点并登录账号
