Drag and Drop files and folders into folder

Implement selecting files and folders (1) in directory list and drop them to another folder (subolder)

Move files and folders to parent folder by dropping to breadcrumbs

I checked it and found that this is implemented for the structure in the sidebar and the grid layout

The list and gallery layouts do not support drag and drop
