V4 beta13 部分文件缩略图生成失败
Word 的 docx 是正常的，但是
Excel 的 xlsx PowerPoint 的 pptx 以及 PDF
都会循环失败，没有提示什么错误，生成器测试也正常。
有哪些途径可以看到log？可以提供。

xlsx的记录：
文件本身是存在的，可以通过WOPI打开或者下载分享。
记录到这个文件就截断了，pdf 和 pptx 直接就没记录显示。

今早系统自动进行令牌刷新后，原本的bug没了，所有文件开始恢复生成缩略图。

所有文档文件全部看不到缩略图吗？ 原本是除了Word，现在测试是Excel带有中文名就会有概率失败，并且导致其他格式也会开始失败。
在根目录上传一个纯英文名的文档文件，能否看到缩略图？ 可以，并且其他中文名的文件也会开始正常生成
