Describe the bug 远程下载重启后报 (隐约记得下载很久之后也会，不确定中间有没有重启

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Remote Download'
  2. See error

Additional context 另外，aria2仍然在下载，貌似丢失了部分已下载的文件
