Updating cleanup lambda to work with OpenSearch

OpenSearch contains an additional index (.opendistro_security) which needs to be ignored in the same way as the .kibana* index(es). This adds that extra exception and changes the lambda filename null resource to be a local instead to stop terraform complaining about null resources being deprecated.
